Puzzle-Peg / Can You Solve It? is in a green box. Fonts are all white with some outlined or stripped in red. Puzzle-Peg is printed on all four sides of the lid. There is an image of an owl on a branch, pointing a stick at a replica of the game. There is a moon with a face over the proper right side of the owl. Instructions are printed along the inside of the lid. The game includes an instruction booklet, a green circular board with a red and white checkerboard cross in the center and instructions printed on the bottom, and thirty two green pegs.
